Yes, your children may attend shopping hours we just ask that they are attended too and not left alone.

We’re happy to accommodate your setup needs as best we can. Each vendor space includes a 10×10 area, one 10-ft table with black linens, and two chairs. If you need additional space, please reach out - we’ll do our best to make arrangements so you have what you need.
As this event continues to grow, space may become more limited, and additional vendor spots may be available for purchase in the future.
Vendors are also invited to enjoy karaoke night, which is free for everyone, along with complimentary appetizers provided by us. Free parking is available for those traveling to and from the event, especially for those coming from far away.
Set up time is Friday from 12pm until 9pm. We ask that you set up this night so that everyone is ready to go at the start of the event 10am. If you have an emergency and cannot set up Friday please reach out so we can make arrangements with you for another timeframe.
Electric is provided by request and first come first serve for wall and corner space. Please bring your own extension cords.
What is the refund policy for vendors?
We have a NO refund policy for year 2027 and on. We utilize vendor fees to pay for marketing, printing, and advertising. If you have to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency, we will make an exception, but this must be approved by staff, and you must reach out to staff via phone call for this to be consider.
Breakout session fees are used to pay for the room your breakout will be in and for hotel staff to set up our session. No refunds will be given on this for last minute cancellations due to hotel agreement. If is your job to also help promote your breakout sessions and the event will be promoting too.
Tables, linens, chairs and a projector if needed. When you host a breakout session staff will reach out to you so that you can discuss your needs so that hotel staff can set the room appropriately for each breakout. If you class requires other things at the hotel, we will make the arrangements we can for your class or demo depending on if it’s a make and take class needing use of breakfast room etc. all will be discussed.
Time slots will be based on each breakout class or demo needs. We will discuss times with you when you submit your interest form. Typically, 2 hours would be a max time for 1 breakout session group, but it could vary depending on what your class is about. That time could give you more opportunities to host more classes.
Requirements must fall into a wellness, selfcare, learn a make and take, DIY class, type of breakout. Please reach out to us if you have an idea and what to see if its something that will fit the event. We are here to help.
